Each plaque goes through a scheduled production cycle, with a 7-day timeframe for manufacturing and dispatch. Once completed, your order will be sent via Australia Post, with delivery typically taking between 5 to 8 business days depending on your location. A tracking link will be provided as soon as your plaque is on its way.

 

Because our plaques are individually made to your specifications, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error on our part, we’ll gladly replace it. Simply reach out to us at support@solaspot.com.au and we’ll make it right.
