To check on your order or submit an enquiry, please ensure you have your order number and the name used at checkout, as these are required for us to locate your order quickly.
If you’ve received a tracking number but haven’t seen movement yet, this is completely normal. Please read the information below before submitting an enquiry.
Please note that we create shipping labels in bulk for each production batch. This process automatically generates tracking numbers, however it is common for tracking information to show no movement for several days until your parcel has been physically scanned by Australia Post. During this time, your order is either in final preparation or awaiting collection.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the Christmas and New Year period, along with supplier delays outside of our control, some orders are currently experiencing longer-than-usual processing times. We are actively working through all orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this period.
If you already have a tracking number that hasn’t updated yet, please allow a few additional business days for Australia Post to complete the first scan before contacting us.
