Choose Your Lighting Mode

Mode 1 – OFF

The light remains off at all times.

Ideal if you only want the plaque displayed without illumination.

Mode 2 – Motion Sensor

The light stays completely off until motion is detected.

When movement is detected, the plaque illuminates at 100% brightness, then automatically switches off after approximately 20 seconds.

Best for: Maximum battery life and occasional night-time illumination.

Mode 3 – Smart Sensor Mode (Recommended)

The plaque automatically illuminates at 50% brightness from dusk.

When motion is detected, it instantly increases to 100% brightness.

After approximately 20 seconds, it automatically returns to 50% brightness.

Best for: Maximum visibility while extending battery performance. ⭐ Recommended for most homes

How Long Before I Get My Custom Plaque? 

Manufacturing & Dispatch Schedule – Adelaide Workshop

 

Our plaques are custom-made to order on a weekly laser cutting schedule.

 

How it works:

All orders gathered from Sunday to Saturday are grouped into our weekly production cycle for the following Monday.

These orders are then laser cut, assembled, and dispatched the following Friday from our Adelaide workshop.

 

That means the dispatch time depends on the day you place your order - Approximately 2 weeks for dispatch

 

Australia Post Delivery

 

We ship FREE via Australia Post Delivery.

Once dispatched, your order should arrive in 5-8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping and Returns

All SolaSpot custom plaques are proudly made to order right here in Adelaide.

 

Each plaque goes through a scheduled production cycle, with a 14-day timeframe for manufacturing and dispatch. Once completed, your order will be sent via Australia Post, with delivery typically taking between 5 to 8 business days depending on your location. A tracking link will be provided as soon as your plaque is on its way.

 

Because our plaques are individually made to your specifications, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error on our part, we’ll gladly replace it. Simply reach out to us at support@solaspot.com.au and we’ll make it right.
